01Applicability and Acceptance

This Privacy Policy applies to your use of our website https://www.resultid.ai, our platform, and any associated services or events ("Sites"). Please read it carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

By using our Sites, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any terms, please discontinue use of the Sites.

02Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories:

Personal Information

You may be asked to provide personal information when interacting with our Sites. This could include:

  • Identifying Information: First and last name, email address, and postal address.
  • Contact Information: Phone number and similar details.
  • Credentials: Passwords and security questions for account access.
  • Payment Information: Credit card numbers and security codes. Note that all payment information is securely stored by our payment processor.

Automatic Collection

04AI and Automated Processing

Resultid uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, including proprietary embedding models and natural language understanding systems, to process customer data and generate operational intelligence. Key aspects of our AI processing:

  • AI/ML processing is performed using AWS infrastructure (Amazon SageMaker and Amazon Bedrock) configured with zero data retention. Model providers do not store or train on your data.
  • Our proprietary models are trained specifically for enterprise operational intelligence and do not use customer data for general model training.
  • AI-generated insights are used to support operational decision-making and are not used for fully automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without human oversight.
  • An AI Automated Decision Making Transparency Notice is available upon request.

05Sub-Processors and Third-Party Data Processing

Resultid engages the following categories of sub-processors to deliver our services:

  • Cloud Infrastructure: Amazon Web Services (AWS): data hosting, processing, and storage within US regions.
  • AI/ML Services: Amazon SageMaker and Amazon Bedrock: machine learning inference with zero data retention.
  • Business Operations: Google Workspace (email and collaboration), Slack (internal communication), GitHub (code management), and Justworks (HR administration).

A complete sub-processor list with data processing details is available in our Data Processing Agreement. We notify customers of material changes to our sub-processor list.

06Information Disclosure

We disclose your personal information only under specific circumstances:

  • Legal Requirements: To meet any applicable laws or regulatory requirements.
  • Business Transfers: In case of a merger, sale, or acquisition.
  • Sub-Processors: To our authorized sub-processors as listed above, under appropriate data processing agreements.

07Security Measures

We employ comprehensive technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

  • AES-256 encryption at rest via AWS Key Management Service.
  • TLS 1.2 or higher encryption for all data in transit.
  • Multi-factor authentication required for all accounts.
  • Role-based access control with least-privilege principles.
  • Comprehensive audit logging via AWS CloudTrail with seven-year retention.
  • 48-hour breach notification to affected customers.

While we strive for complete security, no digital platform is entirely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that your information is 100% safe.

08Data Retention

We retain personal information for the duration of the service agreement plus 90 days. Upon termination of the agreement, customer data is deleted with certification of removal. We may retain certain information longer to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

09International Data Transfers

All data is processed within AWS infrastructure located in the United States. For customers in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we provide appropriate safeguards for international data transfers through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as part of our Data Processing Agreement. Contact us to request our DPA with SCCs.

10Your Rights Under GDPR

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • Right of Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to Rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
  • Right to Erasure: You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Right to Restrict Processing: You may request that we limit processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
  • Right to Data Portability: You may request to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used format.
  • Right to Object: You may object to processing of your personal data for direct marketing or on grounds relating to your particular situation.
  • Rights Related to Automated Decision-Making: You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects without human oversight. An AI Automated Decision Making Transparency Notice is available upon request.

11Rights and Choices

You have several rights concerning your personal information. You may exercise these rights by contacting us using the details provided below.

Minors

Our Sites are not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Account Information

If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can:

  • Log into your account settings and update your user account.
  • Contact us using the contact information provided.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with legal requirements.

12Cookies and Similar Technologies

Most Web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually set your browser to remove cookies and reject cookies. If you choose to remove cookies or reject cookies, this could affect certain features or services of our Sites.

Opting Out of Email Marketing

You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us using the details provided below.

Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers, mobile operating systems, and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.

California Residents' Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes.

Updates to This Policy

We will update this policy as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws. We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date.
